I'm Klara Lorentzen – Founder of dossi. I'm not a traditional consultant. I've worked inside growing companies, felt exactly the gaps dossi closes, and built the systems to address them.

I started dossi because I kept seeing the same thing: good companies with good people, growing fast, running on systems built for half their current size. The handoffs breaking. The information never reaching the right person. I wanted scaling brands to have properly built infrastructure, without the enterprise price tag.
